PalTV: Behind the DUCU 2026 Industrial Action

On 27 February 2026, Durham University and Colleges Union commenced Action Short of a Strike. In the weeks that followed, a PalTV team set out to understand the motivations, experiences, and personal accounts of the people leading the action. The aim was to capture the human voices and perspectives often absent from official accounts.
